Frustrated

I am frustrated with Comcast overall. There modem looses connection to the internet at least 1 time every three days. I recently got a new modem because Comcast said that the one I had was more or less out of date and would stop working by late November of last year. I called and had the new model sent and I installed it. Needless to say the modem kicks us off the internet 1 time in appox 3 days. They wanted to charge me to ship a new one. I demanded to speak to the manager. I did not get one. The agent I originally had was the go between. I am now getting my modem sent at now charge. My past experiences with Comcast have been frustrating at best. They think all the customers are ignorant with technology. Maybe that is true for many but not all. Anyway, many agents dont speak my language (Colloquial English) and communicating is difficult.
