We have extreme fraud on our account, we had Chad from the fraud department, I lost his number and we are suppose to be getti ng alot of credits! Now someoine put in my account that I have to back pay 600.00 , when Comcast actually owes me money! I need Chad frokm fraud to contact Misty Conner immedently
