Unfortunately it was not a reply to my question. I was told that I am not an authorized user on the account, which then was rectified by a Comcast customer support staff. I sent proof of that via private messaging but never heard back from anyone since then. The original question is still outstanding without an answer.
Thanks, but your answer in the private message was only that I am not an authorized user on the accout. I replied, after one of your customer service agents added my name to our account. Did NOT hear back from you after that.....
