Spent 6hrs on the phone with Xfinity yesterday. Fios will pay for my contract buyout, DVR, and Gateway with no contract. Price was significantly cheaper. I was told by the Xfinity customer advocate that he could not match this. You would rather match this (not even talking about how it was 70 per month cheaper), get your termination fees, and loose a customer? Does not make sense.

If you cover the DVR and Gateway, I will stay.
