Finalize Order

I ordered new service for an apt I’m moving into and it shows the tech is scheduled for this upcoming Monday. I had a missed call from ‭(877) 392-1494‬ to finalize my order or something. I have tried multiple times but all I get is ridiculous hold times so I am done with that. I want to make sure my order is all set and doesn’t get cancelled or anything
