Extra charges

Hello I am a current xfinity customer. I have the internet plus package which was under a promotion for $49.99. I had the same package for the past year as well and I just renewed it. I looked at my bill and I now have more charges than before. If this is the case with the new promotion, I may consider other providers due to cost.
