Extra charges due to unwanted services

I signed up for Xfinity a few months back and went in to make a payment this morning. To my surprise a saw a huge unpaid balance as the result of TV and voice services that show I am signed up for but I never agreed or even setup. I called the Customer Service number and they told me to find the retention call back forum and have them deal with the issue. However, I cannot seem to find this 'forum' anywhere that the CS rep was referring too. Can someone help me with these extra charges?

Sorry for the experience you've had while trying to get this resolved. I'd like to review your account to see what I can do to help make this right. Please keep in mind, if you subscribe to TV services there are taxes and fees that are not included in the cost of the package you signed up for.
