Extra charge

I went to pay my bill and I realized that I had a charge for an in-home service fee. From December.

I was told I was not going to be charged for that service fee since the only reason they went out to my house was to fix the mistake another Comcast tech had done. They messed up our connection for almost a week we didn't have internet for their mistake. I called and I was told I wasn't going to be changed.

I get the bill this month and there is a $60 charge when I was told I was not going to be charged for them to fix their mistake.

Re: Extra charge

Not only do you not owe for the repairs, they owe you a $20 credit for every tech visit after the first for the same problem. You can also get a credit for your service from the time you first reported the issue until it is resolved.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

I am not a Comcast employee, just a moderator. Pls observe Wheaton's Law.
