Hi, how are you doing? My husband and I are getting ready to move and we're on a very tight budget. So I was wondering is it possible to get an extension to Feb16th? And also could our service be transfered to the new address? I understand there may be a transfer fee added to the next bill and that's ok. I have called but keep having disconnect issues. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.
