Existing customer looking for better price to renew service

My existing internet contract is ending, and the monthly payment increased from 39 to 54. I am looking for a better deal for renewing the service, can anyone help me.

I know what you mean. It seems like the longer you are a good customer the MORE you pay! It's like your reward for staying with Comcast year after year (Or decades) is a higher bill each year! I can't belive after 10 years I am paying double what a new customer is! Smiley Sad

I am an existing customer and have tried to private message you reguarding a better renewal option but I'm having difficulty finding where to click on 'private message" once I click on your name. Iam having same issues, I've called in on multiple occasions and have been passed around to different reps with no resolution in a better monthly rate and to keep our existing plan. They all want to increase our monhtly bill instead as if they aren't listening to what I'm saying. Very frustrating.
