Existing customer deals

There needs to be better deals offered for existing customer. After spending 30+ minutes on the phone with "Loyalty department" I got nowhere other then looking at AT&T deals as they seem way better. I would love to stay with Comcast but I'm not paying $80 for internet alone. Especially when new customers get deals at such a huge difference.
