Existing Customer Just Want Cable & Internet - Problem Changing Package 2 yrs Is Up

My 2 years is up this month with Xfinity, home phone is no longer needed, only get unwanted calls - can't seem to get to a place on website for Xfinity to only get cable & internet -bill has gone from $160 to $200 -can't affort $200 a month, Customer service  just goes round and round and said I cannot get rid of the PHONE - what!!!!! I am 75 years old  and use my cell and not a landline!!!! Like everyone I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!
