Comcast Andrew!!! Same issue as the person you im’d about vod error msg (billing issue) but long after billing issue resolved, multiple escalated tech tier csr calls (On demand purchase limit increased, Multiple box resets), still nothing has worked to fix this error. Please help. On Demand Purchases still not an option.
You already know the cause behind the error code but I have no access to billing. Escalated to a colleague who can take a look deeper at your account.
