I'm trying to do online chat to fix a problem but I keep getting this error. There is no signal coming from my cable box. It is plugged in and the light bar is light green. I've tried to do a system restart using the online troubleshooting tool but i'm getting an error there as well. If an CS agent could just restart my cable box for me I'd appreciate it a lot.
