Erroneous Billing Charges

I am looking for some guidance. I have tried unsuccessfully for over one year to have the $10 equipment charge removed from my account. Over 1 year ago I bought my own router and modem and now I have NO comcast equipment whatsoever. I have called in numerous times and every time they tell me that it would be taken care of. I even called to have a service guy come to my house. He personally called and claimed HE got it removed. I have been charged over $100 for equipment that I do not have. It is silly for me to threaten to cancel my service because comcast is the only game in town here.
