Equipment Protection

Does Xfinity or Comcast provide surge protection from lightning strikes. I have had 2 boxes and 3 tvs fried becuase of this. Georgia Power does not cover cable providers.

Re: Equipment Protection

No, Comcast does not provide any type of lightning protection. I recommend a coax lightning arrestor and AC surge protectors. Sorry, that happened to you Smiley Sad Will your homeowner's insurance cover your TV's?

I am not an employee.
