I think that you need to notify the customers and your technitions when there is an impending possible loss of service.  You have no idea how many hours I spent trying to correct the problem. I called xfinity who connected me toms "technition" who tried for 20 minutes on his end and then said maybe you should go to the Apple Store.  Very stressful few days. Especially when we were waiting for a Doctors office to schedule a procedure.
