Eco Bill turned off

Eco Bill turned off

I used to be on EcoBill but for some reason back in the winter it switched back to paper billing. I have tried to update this setting by phone and was told it must be done online.  I go online and try and toggle to YES and get "something has gone wrong, try again later".  This has gone on for quite awhile.  Waiting 3 hours for an online chat doesn't seem to be the solution either.

I already have auto pay but would like Eco pay so I will get a $5.00 credit. When I try I get a message saying I am a secondary user and will not let me make changes.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us. In order to have the Eco Pay on an account, the package you have needs to offer the Eco pay.
