I used to be on EcoBill but for some reason back in the winter it switched back to paper billing. I have tried to update this setting by phone and was told it must be done online. I go online and try and toggle to YES and get "something has gone wrong, try again later". This has gone on for quite awhile. Waiting 3 hours for an online chat doesn't seem to be the solution either.
I already have auto pay but would like Eco pay so I will get a $5.00 credit. When I try I get a message saying I am a secondary user and will not let me make changes.
