ETF Non-Serviceable Area

I have moved to an area comcast does not have service.  They added a promotion to my account for 24 months.  I DID NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT.  They sent email requesting I complete the order in which I did not.  In addition I did not confirm the contract with any automated service and never received the terms of said contract.  This was done in a comcast service center.  I need to see proof of contract showing me concenting to the terms before I will pay anything.
