ERS Postcard


I have been receiving letters from ERS regarding the equipment I previously had when my account was active.

My account (Xfinity) was cancelled at the end of July and I returned the equipment with the provided return label.
I do not have the equipment they are requesting:
Serial Number: 2c303319ced8
I did have a larger set box originally, when a tech came out to service-he said that was an old model and should not have been sent to me in the first place AND took it with him and issued me a small replacement unit. When I moved the replacement (small) unit was returned as stated.
Is the ERS request in regards to the large unit that the tech took back with him?
Obviously, I can't be responsible for an item that was taken from me by your service tech.
