ERROR when trying to cancel appointment for tomorrow, OCT 3

I am getting an error when I try to cancel my appointment for installation. I do not need the appointment anymore and I'm afraid I'm going to be charged for it. The error is as follows: 

A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.

 

Any help to avoid an installation charge would be greatly appreciated
