This is the second month in a row this has happened. My mom pays her part of bill with eft payment. The bank says payment was never even tried to be processed. Then it returns and I am charged an $30 eft return fee. Money is still in account never touch. Tripled check that info was enter correclty. Has to be an issue with comcast processing eft system. Because I paid my part with a credit card and it went through with no issues. Two rows in a month with eft issue. Payment was made on 3rd and returned on 9th. Money has been in there and is still in there!
I had the same problem and no one was able to verify the account information I entered. I stopped using Comcast's EFT and I now use my bank's online bill pay instead to pay each month - no issues since.
