Due Date keeps changing

The due dates on my bills keep moving up.  The first bill was due on the 10th of April, then it was due the 7th of May, then finally June 6th.  I'm getting charged late fees because instead of having a recurring service charge on a consistent date, it's fluctuating.  What's the reason for this?  Is there any way to get those late charges refunded and waived?
