Dropped my channels and won't let me manage my plan

Without a heads up, I lost my access to Food Network. I already had to pay an extra $10 a month just to get basic HD channels.

This is ridiculous. I also cannot even manage my plan or look at options to terminate my contract.

 

How do I terminate my Comcast contract without crazy fees?

Hi coolchester427 -- We sent out a notification about these channel changes in your billing statement. We can help you with package options if you'd be interested in subscribing to those channels. We can also help you cancel your account, though if you are under contract then early termination fees will apply. We do have it written in each contract that we can add, delete, or rearrange channels at any time.
