Drooping Coax in Backyard

There is a drooping coax line hanging on the other side of our fence in the backyard. Century Link says it belongs to Comcast. The drooping line extends approximately 6 house lengths between 3 different utility poles. Can this be corrected asap as it does create a safety concern. Thank you.

Re: Drooping Coax in Backyard

Hi mynx1 -- I can help with that low hanging line issue. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number. I'll work with local tech ops on having someone sent out to raise this line properly.
