I am currently in a 2 year contract (cable/internet) expiring in July 2018. I have yet to get a clear answer to the question of downgrading to internet only service without receiving any penalties. I've understood that as long as I'm downgrading and not totally "canceling" all service that there should not be any penalites. Is this correct?
