Downgrading Service

I would like to downgrade my service as I can no longer afford my current plan. I prefer to do it online, but I keep getting a message that tells me I need to call. Please help me!

I am thinking about doing the same thing as we have been with Comcast for quite sometime...is there an employee out there who could reach out to me?
