I'm trying to make sense of this; I wasn't using the DVR, I decided to downgrade so as not to pay the fee, then Comcast sends me an HDMI box without a DVR for $15 shipping, I hook it up and realize I've lost access to HD channels...
What is going on? I saw nowhere in the plan that I would lose HD or that it would be SD-only.
This seems like a bait-and-switch rip-off from Comcast/Xfinity, in this day and age the default should be HD (1080p not i), not SD, who uses SD TVs anymore?!
