I’ve been wanting to downgrade my package for some time now and every time I try I’m told I can’t or I’m receiving the best price. At the moment I have internet and phone and premium package with all the channels. I would mike to get rid of hbo and such and even my phone. I have been a customer for years now I would think that someone would be able to help me. Otherwise I’m going to have to cancel.
