Downgrade my service



I'm interested in dropping some features from my current service, but I can't online.


I look at the options for my location without being logged in and the packages available and internet speeds are significantly better than when I log in to my account and look.


I don't watch TV, and I've never paid the price I was promised by the rep who signed me up(long round and round and finally gave up).


What fees are associated with downgrading and what options are available for internet only? I have my own modem and it's already on my account and been working fine.
