Downgrade Service

I need to downgrade my service and reduce my channels from 220+ to 140+. I also would like to return one of my DVRs and I am billed for renting a modem, however I use my own and do not have a Comcast modem. I reported this to Comcast when the service was set up years ago, but I'm still billed $10 a month for a modem I don't rent!


I tried using the chat support function but I kept getting a error that a phone number is required when there's no field for a phone number !?
