Double charge

Hi there. I was charged twice for this month. I got an email on the 5th saying that due to an error on your end, you were not able to process payment. And then, on the 8th, I got another email saying payment was processed. HOWEVER, only credit card statement, I was charged on both dates—and both IDENTICAL charges went through. I would like this refunded ASAP.
