Don't have Comcast equipment to return

I never returned a tv defunct modem (because I was never informed that I had to) and only just saw in the small print of my bill that I am being charged a rental fee for it's use even though the bill also says it is inactive. I think it may be two years of paying that fee at this point.

Does anyone know how I get the payments ot stop?

I assume returning the modem is not an option at this point?

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Re: Don't have Comcast equipment to return

Correct - I didn't get any message about having to return the old modems.

Thank you for your help!

Hi rbyrne1, I can look into this for you and have the equipment removed from the account if you never received it. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?
