I never returned a tv defunct modem (because I was never informed that I had to) and only just saw in the small print of my bill that I am being charged a rental fee for it's use even though the bill also says it is inactive. I think it may be two years of paying that fee at this point.
Does anyone know how I get the payments ot stop?
I assume returning the modem is not an option at this point?
