Does Comcast have a Customer Retention Dept? I was told you no longer have one

Does Comcast still have a Customer Retention Dept.  I was told you no longer do.

My internet bill has gone up by $20 and if someone is not able to help then I will have to leave your service.

Anyone care?

I think it's now called the "Loyalty" Department.

 

Yes, people do care.
