Diversified Consultants

Hi,

I closed my account after contract ended and sent autopayment in full. I was erroneously charged a $30 cancellation fee, which I called Comcast customer service and they said they could not remove since the account was closed. Now, Diversified Consultants is trying to collect $30 from me. How can I resolve this?
