Diversified Consultants Inc

I have a collection on my account for $61 by Diversified Consultants Inc. I'm not sure what this is from? Can I get some help? It is currently negatively affecting my credit and I'm extremely upset. I have been an auto pay customer from the beginning so there is no way I should miss a payment. I called customer service today and they were no help at all!
