Disgruntled loyal Comcast customer

I have had Comcast for several years now with the triple play and recently added mobile services too! I called in to see about getting my bill lowered because I knew my promotion rate was going to be ending...low and behold there are no deals in my area and my rate is going to jump! How convenient! All the other times I called they were able to assist me and get my bill down to where I could afford! Can someone help me?
