Discount for ecobill and autopay not appearing

Last whole year, I was with Comcast with their Digital Economy TV and Internet Blast Plus plan but never received any $5 discount for signing up for ecobill and autopay. Now also when I signed up for basic cable and internet plus I was told that I  would be getting $5 discount for signing up ecobill and autopay but I am not seeing it anywhere.


Please advise.
