Disabled/Senior low income discount?

Is there currently (2018) any kind of service discount available from Comcast for seniors and people on disability with low fixed incomes?  If yes, but it regional, I am asking about western Oregon AND western Massachusetts.  Also if yes, is there an income limit, and how does one apply?

Re: Disabled/Senior low income discount?

A few areas have small discounts for seniors. Since Comcast's reps are hardly ever aware of these, it would probably be best for you to check with your local government's Franchise Authority. Contact information for that Authority should be printed on your Comcast bill.

There are also a few areas offer Internet Essentials for seniors on public assistance -- see https://www.internetessentials.com/Seniors.
