After the two year contract ended, I looked into what was the best plan for the service my family and I wanted.
I repeatidly mentioned that we do not have "HD" so we did not need a package that would charge extra for that.
However, my current bill now shows that I am under a plan that is not only HD, but charges much more than what was discussed.
If I read correctly, I am also currently not under any sort of contract, so this should be able to be fixed.
Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
