Same thing happened to us. If you compare the bills, the extra $30 are added fees—$5.00 here and there for items that only a Comcast executive could figure out. I was going to say employee, but none of them speak English!
Hello @Lucy103. Usually, sudden increases in fees are usually at the end of a promotional/ discount period. Discounted pricing only lasts for a limited period of time and does eventually shift to Everyday Price. We apologize if you were not communicated about a promotion, you may have been on.
