Deals or promotions for existing customers

I just got off the phone with comcast trying to find out why my bill has gone up. The said my promotional period ended. He tried searching for a promotion, but had no luck . I am a customer since 1998 and would really apprecite it if anyone has suggestions on how to lower my bill.

Hi, ash27lc - Please send me a private message and include your full name, the account holder's name and address as it's listed on the billing statement, a phone or an account number. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Private Message Me. I will check if we have any available promos in your area.
