Deals for current customers are ridiculous

We have been loyal customers for years, yet our double play package is now more than 50% higher than what new customers would pay. I chatted to see what deals can be offered and all support did was try to sell me on a triple play package when we have no use for phone service. Very frustrating.


Edit: took forever but finally got an ok offer, still not as good as what new customers get.
