Dates error in receipt / alert

The renewal receipt/alert email I received has an oddity in the dates shown. This is actually a month (or is that 30day?) pass, but the message makes it look like it is just for one day, Nov 20 to Nov 21. These are written numerically, so I wonder if the intent was to increment the month number but it ended up on the day number.

Here is the relevant portion of the message:
"Thanks for ordering a
WiFi On Demand pass

Your pass was activated on 11/20/2017 07:12:35 PM EST, and can be used through 11/21/2017 06:09:15 PM EST. Your credit card ending in XXXX was charged a fee of $18.95."

Actually, from the price it must be the weekly pass not the 30 day one. It is still incorrect that the message gives dates just one day apart.

Thanks for any insight or clarification on this!

Hi MitchM4,

I can help look into this for you. Do you have an active account with Comcast?
