Damaged appliance

Where do I go to and how do I file a claim?  The repairman was here for Comcast last Friday afternoon.  We were gone all weekend.  I just went to do my laundry and I have a very noticeable dent on my dryer that is less than a year old.  The repairman worked in that area.
