The Comcast box by the street is old and damaged by repeated hits. (It’s located in the narrow space between two driveways.)
I’ve tried calling customer service about this, but that’s not getting me anywhere. The techs who work on inside equipment do not have the training or supplies to replace street-side equipment, but I cannot seem to communicate the problem to customer service in a way that gets the right repair crew out to replace this box.
