Daily Outages

We are experiencing outages due to the power node affecting our whole neighborhood every day at the same time. This has occurred the past 5 days and lasts 1 to 3 hours. There are also additional outages occurring at random times each day. These outages are affecting our cable, voice, and internet. We have placed numerous calls to customer service which confirms it is outages in the area. In April, we were experiencing approximately 2 outages a week.

Question: Why has this ongoing issue not been resolved?
