This is primarily a customer-to-customer Help and Support Forum.  As such, you haven't made any changes to your account, so there is nothing to confirm at this time.  You can either call the number on your bill to make the change or you can wait until an Official Employee responds to this thread [do NOT Private Message an Official Employee because it is against Forum Guidelines].

 

Also, please do not post in all capital letters as it is also against the Guidelines [it is considered shouting and is rude].
