Customer retention

I am a long time customer who recently moved. I started a new service at the new house on the recommandation of the Comcast customer service reps who recommended a way to "save" by spending more. 

I have now found out I do not save but just spend more.  When I called I was told "too bad" but I see HOTWIRE now offers fiber in our area. While I am loathe to change, I am going to if I can not get a resolution to this.

I dont think Comcast cares anyway. I am seeking another Interent provider.
