Customer loyalty program

My bill just went up 45 dollars after a 2 year agreement 

the billing agent offered me 10 dollars after a lengthy hard sell and didn’t want to go any further. Does Comcast want to keep customers Frontier is 100 less per month for faster service. I don’t want to switch but for 1000 per year I might. Why can’t I get something similar to what I had.
